In China today, as much as 16% of soil is contaminated by toxic pollutants. Anica Lanzi speaks with Dr. Angel Hsu, assistant professor at Yale University’s School of Forestry & Environmental Studies, to discuss this mounting public health crisis and its effects on the country’s food supplies.
